4th of July in Chile and a Win for the History Books!

This week has been great! we have found new people to teach and on of them Miriam is amazing and really receptive! Happy belated 4th of July to all of you! I love you a bunch! I hope you guys can feel and see the great blessings that we have in our lives. Its really the little things that can help us see the hands of God in our lives. And its most often than not the little things we can do daily to show our gratitude and become like Him. Im truly grateful for all of you.

Well for Independence DAy we sang the Nationbal Anthem in a Zone meeting and it was beautiful. Then later on we were given permission to watch the Cup because it was the finals and because Chile made it, nobody was in the street. So we watched the Cup with Hermana Beti who didnt have anybody to watch it with becasue all of her family membners were working. It was fun. Chile won!! It was the first time in history that Chile won the cup. It was very interesting to watch it. haha talk aboiut stress! I think my body was cramped up after lol. Nahbut it was neat.

We were really excited also becasue we thought that this wouldbe our first independence day with out seing fire works but nope.. the Lord works in mysterious ways. hah But seriuously it was nice. Hna Beti was so happy and after explained to us how ghrateful she was because her son is on the mission and it felt as if he was there. It was adorable. She was so happy and on Sunday she was just gleaming. hehe it was adorable. I believe that was the highlight of my Independence day celebrations. I hope you guys enjoyed your Independence day! I love you all! I miss you tons!

Oh and something I learned this week more clarified that I want to share with you guys is that God is powerful and mighty but He is also powerful to forgive and love. If we apply the atonement mor ein our lives we can obtain this forgiveness and peace. It is real peace and reall happiness that can only beobtained through applying the atonement more in our daily lives. Also here is a quote from PMG that i wanted to share with you guys. "You follow the example of Christ, or so be it, develop His attributes, action by action and decision by decision." I dont know if thats exactly how it goes because i had to translate it from Spanish but the meaning is still there. Let us all strive a bit harder this week to become like Him and put Him first ...by each decision and thing we do. If we have desires to do something good, He´ll help us obtain it.

I love you all!

P.s. This picture was taken after the Cup. Me, Hna Ralph, Hna Beti, and Carlos ( the grandson of Hna Beti that showed up after). They are such special people. I love them so much.

 Facials!
