I love you all so much and Id have to admit I did cry today hahah. You all look so great and I cant believe how beautiful my family is! You all have the most wonderful spirits and testimonies and I can definitely feel them through the emails.

Now I learned a lot this week! First off let me address how wonderful specific prayers are. As a district we decided to pray for Griz, one of our teachers long time friends, that she would come to TRC (which is when volunteers come and let us practice teaching them), that she would be taught by at least some of us, and that she would feel a desire to be baptized and that night she would express her desire to be baptized to Hermana Lozano. God is kind. That next day after praying about it, Hermana Lozano told us that Griz was coming to TRC! Thursday came and our Elders were blessed enough to be able to teach her. She accepted the baptismal interview (which by the way was the first time she has ever accepted a baptismal interview and her family has been members for over 8 years) and that night she expressed to Lozano her desire. We continue to include her in our prayers as sh is praying about a date for baptism. Either in December or April. We are so blessed. We had faith and asked God and it was His will...it happened and all of our faith strengthened because of it. Nobody knew about the prayer besides our district. You see, the Lord is willing to bless us with marvelous things if we but ask and its not because of our selfish desires in our hearts.

Another blessing this week was yesterday my companion and I were able to go on splits with two other Hermanas. The other Hermanas are struggling with obedience and so the teachers thought that itd be good if they were given examples. We were told that we needed to continue to be exactly obedient so they would feel the difference. Hermana Riggs came with me in our district for a day and my comp went to the other district. I cant tell you everything but just know this.. I felt the love of God for her so greatly and I received much revelation. I felt like it helped me more than it helped her. She is struggling and because i could feel it it awokened something in me that i didnt know i had. My desire to serve the Lord and His children grew. At the end of it we thought that maybe they didnt learn a lot but atleast they learned some. We were hoping that it helped...as we were passing by the classroom we saw them kneeling and praying while the rest of their district was messing around. We felt so grateful. I still feel grateful. :)

On Sunday I had the great opportunity to feel the cleansing effect during sacrament as if I was being baptised all over again. It was a beautiful thing. :)

So although I am honestly very sad about missing Thanksgiving with all of you I feel blessed because I get the great opportunity to learn and prepare for others to receive the gospel on such an amazing holiday! Since I am going to miss it however, I will let you all know what I am grateful for. Im grateful for all of you and the love that you show for me. Thank you for emails and pictures. Im gratfeul that Heavenly Father blessed me with the family and friends He did. You all have sculpted me into the person I am today. We had trials and we bore through them knowing that all comes to past and if we included our Father in Heaven that it would be an experience we are grateful for. Im grateful for being raised in the gospel and feeling the strength of all of your testimonies until I could gain one for myself. Im so grateful for you guys being supportive of me serving a mission for the Lord. Im not going to lie and say that its easy because lets face it...its not. You are put in a totally new environment and are put out of your comfort zone. There is no comfort in the growth zone but theres no growth in the comfort zone either. :) However that being said...or wrotten in this case, I am grateful becasue my testimony of this gospel and the truthfulness of it has grown. My love for you all have grown which i didnt even think was possible! haha I love you guys and thank you for your prayers and your wonderful testimonies. Just remember the Lord can make a lot more out of you then you ever can! Be humble and just ask! :) I love you all and miss you very much! Oh hahah and guess what?! I can actually hit the volleyball now! hahah and the cooks are going to make pumpkin and apple pie for us all on Thanksgiving. Thats right...thats what you get when you are friends with the cooks. hahaha jk but we did figure out before anyone else! :) I love you all so much and I hope you can feel it through my emails! I miss you all!
